How much Health does eating Steamed Clams give me??
Steamed Clams give you 20 Health per 0.25 Kg Bite, so Eating 1Kg of Steamed Clams gives a total of 80 Health!!
They also give a little Aquatics EXP per bite, so great food for swimmers!
You can eat your Steamed Clams at any Restaurant/Cafe or Eating area.
