How much Health does eating a Slice of Bread give me??
A slice of bread gives you 22 Health per 0.1 Kg Slice, so Eating 1Kg aka a Loaf of Bread gives a total of 220 Health!!
They also give a little Spirit stat per slice, so great food for Prayers!
You can eat your Slices anywhere, on the go etc. No sitting to eat required!
